In addition, her comedy sketches and award-winning scripts have been recognized at over 30 film festivals—a testament to her dedication to the world of entertainment, filmmaking, and an incessant desire to make people laugh. Mhaya would describe her comedy as “girl sleepover vibes, but the kind where you end up calling your mom at 2 a.m. to pick you up because you’re scared” (whatever that means).
